Week 13- The Skills of Unlearning

We often talk about learning new things, but rarely about unlearning.

Old habits, outdated practices, or limiting beliefs can hold us back.
Unlearning means making space for better ways of thinking and working.

Ask yourself:
🔍 What assumptions no longer serve me?
🚀 What habits are slowing me down?
🌱 What can I let go of to grow further?

Sometimes the key to progress isn’t adding more, it’s subtracting.
