Rosaline Kunrunmi

Rosaline Kunrunmi is the Founder and Managing Direct of ROSAD HR.  Proudly serving Southeast London and surrounding areas. With over 20 years’ experience in People Resources, Organisational Development, and Design, Rosaline has held senior HR roles across a wide range of industries, including the Prison Service, UK Export Finance, ACAS, and the Care sector.

Rosaline is a qualified HR professional; she holds a master’s degree in human resource management and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She is also an active school governor, a mentor, and a passionate advocate for women in business.

Based in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Rosaline leads her local HR office with a commitment to offering expert, practical HR support to small and medium-sized businesses. Her goal is to help employers navigate employment law, manage people effectively, and create healthy, productive workplaces.
